卒中相关性肺炎应用Powerbreathe呼吸训练联合针灸治疗的康复效果分析

Analysis of the Rehabilitation Effect of Powerbreathe Breathing Training Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Stroke-Related Pneumonia

目的探究Powerbreathe呼吸训练联合针灸治疗在卒中相关性肺炎中的康复效果.方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月本院收治的81例卒中相关性肺炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组.对照组40例采用常规治疗,研究组41例在对照组基础上采用Powerbreathe呼吸训练联合针灸治疗.对比两组患者肺部感染情况、呼吸肌功能、日常生活能力.结果治疗前,两组临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组CPIS评分为(3.58±0.92)分,低于对照组的(4.13±1.04)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组呼吸肌功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组最大吸气功率明显高于对照组,最大吸气流速明显快于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,Barthel指数评定量表(BI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组BI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论Powerbreathe呼吸训练联合针灸治疗卒中相关性肺炎的临床效果显著,能够提升患者的呼吸功能,减轻肺部感染症状,提高生活能力,值得临床推广.

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of Powerbreathe breathing training combined with acupuncture in stroke-related pneumonia.Methods A total of 81 patients with stroke-related pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method.40 patients in the control group received conventional treatment,while 41 patients in the study group received Powerbreathe breathing training combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary infection,respiratory muscle function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the CPIS score of the study group was(3.58±0.92)points,which was lower than that of the control group(4.13±1.04)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in respiratory muscle function between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the maximum inspiratory power of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the maximum inspiratory flow rate was significantly faster than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Barthel index(BI)score(P>0.05);after treatment,the BI score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Powerbreathe breathing training combined with acupuncture has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of stroke-related pneumonia,which can improve patients'respiratory function,relieve symptoms of pulmonary infection,and improve living ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
