Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on patients with spinal cord injury. Methods A total of 70 patients with spinal cord injury admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given rehabilitation training, and the observation group was given acupuncture on this basis. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy, bladder function, neurological function and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 77.14%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the residual urine volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group, the bladder volume was larger than that of the control group, and all dimensions of quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group, and the neurological function score was lower than that of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is effective in the treatment of patients with spinal cord injury, which can effectively improve bladder function and nerve function, improve the quality of life, and has high clinical application value.
