孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德对支气管哮喘患儿血清炎性因子水平及肺功能的影响

Effects of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Budesonide on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Lung Function in Children with Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨支气管哮喘(BA)患儿采用孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗的效果.方法选取2019年1月-2021年6月我院收治的BA患儿78例,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为两组,各39例.对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,均治疗14 d.评估两组治疗效果,比较两组治疗前后肺功能及炎性因子水平,统计两组不良反应.结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积均大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,两组25%潮气量时呼气流速、50%潮气量时呼气流速均快于治疗前,且观察组快于对照组,两组1秒率均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组血清白细胞介素-8及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组血清白细胞介素-10水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论BA患儿采用布地奈德、孟鲁司特钠联合治疗效果满意,可调节炎性因子水平,改善肺功能,且安全性好.

Objective To investigate the effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma(BA).Methods 78 children with BA admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,while the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group,with both treatments for 14 d.The treatment effects of the two groups were evaluated,the lung function and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were counted.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second of the two groups were greater than those before treatment,and the observation group was greater than the control group,tidal expiratory flow at 25%remaining tidal volume,tidal expiratory flow at 50%remaining tidal volume of the two groups were faster than those before treatment,and the observation group were faster than the control group,the 1-second rate in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups.After treatment,the serum levels of interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than the control group,and the serum levels of interleukin-10 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of budesonide and montelukast sodium in the treatment of BA children has satisfactory effect,can regulate the level of inflammatory factors,improve the pulmonary function,and has good safety.
