多学科协作下快优康复护理对老年髋部骨折手术患者髋关节功能的影响

Influence of Fast and Excellent Rehabilitation Nursing under Multidisciplinary Cooperation on Hip Function in Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture Surgery

目的探讨多学科协作下快优康复护理对老年髋部骨折手术患者髋关节功能的影响.方法选择2020年8月-2021年8月我院收治的76例老年髋部骨折手术患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各38例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施多学科协作下快优康复护理,均护理3个月.对比两组老年人自我护理能力量表(SASE)、术后恢复情况、Harris髋关节功能量表(HHS)评分、总做功(TW)、平均功率值(AP)、患侧屈髋峰力矩(PT)及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分.结果护理后,观察组SASE、HHS各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组TW、AP、PT及ADL评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在老年髋部骨折手术患者中实施多学科下快优康复护理,能够提升患者自我护理能力,加速术后骨折愈合,促进髋部生物力学指标及髋关节功能改善,提升日常生活能力.

Objective To explore the effect of fast and excellent rehabilitation nursing under multidisciplinary cooperation on hip function in elderly patients with hip fracture surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients with hip fractures surgery admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given fast and excellent rehabilitation nursing under multidisciplinary cooperation,both for 3 months.The self-care ability scale for the elderly(SASE),postoperative recovery,Harris hip scale(HHS)score,total work(TW),average power value(AP),ipsilateral hip flexion peak torque(PT)and activities of daily living(ADL)scores.Results After nursing,the scores of SASE and HHS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative ambulation time,fracture healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,between the TW,AP,PT and ADL scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of multidisciplinary fast and excellent rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with hip fracture surgery can improve patients'self-care ability,accelerate postoperative fracture healing,improve hip biomechanical indicators and hip joint function,and improve daily living ability.
