美沙拉嗪联合双歧三联活菌对溃疡性结肠炎患者临床症状积分及炎症反应的影响

Effect of Mesalazine Combined with Bifidobacterium on Clinical Symptom Score and Inflammatory Response in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨美沙拉嗪联合双歧三联活菌在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月我院收治的84例UC患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例.对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在此基础上采用双歧三联活菌治疗,均持续4周.对比两组的临床疗效、临床症状积分、炎症反应、黏膜屏障功能及不良反应发生率.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的临床症状积分为(1.58±0.27)分,低于对照组的(2.11±0.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白、内毒素、二胺氧化酶水平均低于对照组,白细胞介素-10水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论美沙拉嗪联合双歧三联活菌能够增强UC治疗效果,加快症状改善与黏膜屏障功能恢复,减轻炎症反应,且不良反应少,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To investigate the application effect of mesalazine combined with bifidobacterium in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 84 patients with UC admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine,and the observation group was treated with bifidobacterium on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,inflammatory reaction,mucosal barrier function and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,higher than 80.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observation group was(1.58±0.27)points,lower than(2.11±0.39)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,endotoxin and diamine oxidase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-10 was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mesalazine combined with bifidobacterium can enhance the treatment effect of UC,accelerate the improvement of symptoms and mucosal barrier function recovery,reduce inflammation,and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
