雷珠单抗联合玻璃体切除术对增生期糖尿病视网膜病变患者手术相关并发症及眼功能的影响

Effect of Ranizumab Combined with Vitrectomy on Operation Related Complications and Eye Function in Patients with Proliferative Diabetes Retinopathy

目的探究雷珠单抗联合玻璃体切除术对增生期糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)患者手术相关并发症及眼功能的影响.方法选择2019年3月—2021年12月我院收治的124例(175眼)PDR患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组62例(85眼)和观察组62例(90眼).对照组采用玻璃体切除术,观察组在对照组基础上术前5 d加用雷珠单抗,均干预至术后1个月.比较两组眼压、视力以及并发症.结果术前,两组眼压、视力比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月,观察组眼压低于对照组,视力优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论雷珠单抗联合玻璃体切除术能够有效降低PDR患者的眼压,促进视力恢复,并可减少并发症的发生.

Objective To explore the effect of ranibizumab combined with vitrectomy on operation related complications and eye function in patients with proliferative diabetes retinopathy(PDR).Methods 124 cases(175 eyes)of PDR patients admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group of 62 cases(85 eyes)and an observation group of 62 cases(90 eyes)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with vitrectomy,and the observation group was additionally treated with ranibizumab 5 days before operation on the basis of the control group,and both groups were intervened until 1 month after operation.The intraocular pressure,vision and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before surgery,there was no significant difference in intraocular pressure and vision between the two groups(P>0.05);one month after operation,the intraocular pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the vision was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ranibizumab combined with vitrectomy can effectively reduce intraocular pressure in patients with PDR,promote vision recovery,and reduce the incidence of complications.
