早期智能康复训练联合虚拟现实训练对颅脑损伤术后患者下肢功能恢复的影响

The Effect of Early Intelligent Rehabilitation Training Combined with Virtual Reality Training on the Functional Recovery of Lower Limbs in Patients after Craniocerebral Injury Surgery

摘要 目的探究早期智能康复训练联合虚拟现实训练对颅脑损伤术后患者下肢功能恢复的影响.方法选择本院2020年5月—2022年1月收治的86例颅脑损伤术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43).对照组采用常规训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用早期智能康复训练联合虚拟现实训练,均持续训练4周.比较两组平衡功能、下肢运动功能以及日常生活能力.结果两组干预前Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表下肢部分(FMA-LE)、Barthel指数评定量表(BI)评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后BBS评分(31.72±2.79)分、FMA-LE评分(25.22±2.33)分、BI评分(68.20±4.36)分均较对照组更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论颅脑损伤术后患者联合采用早期智能康复训练与虚拟现实训练,能够改善其平衡功能,促进其下肢运动功能恢复,进而提升其日常生活能力. Objective To explore the effect of early intelligent rehabilitation training combined with virtual reality training on the functional recovery of lower limbs in patients after craniocerebral injury surgery.Methods 86 after craniocerebral injury surgery who were treated in the hospital from May 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group(n=43)and an observation group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine training,and the observation group received early intelligent rehabilitation training combined with virtual reality training on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to train for 4 weeks.The balance function,lower limb motor function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of Berg balance scale(BBS),Fugl-Meyer assessment-lower extremity(FMA-LE),and Barthel index(BI)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);the BBS score,FMA-LE score and BI score of the observation group after intervention were(31.72±2.79)points,(25.22±2.33)points,and(68.20±4.36)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of early intelligent rehabilitation training and virtual reality training for patients after craniocerebral injury surgery can improve their balance function,promote the recovery of lower limb motor function,and then improve their daily life ability.
