温针灸联合推拿康复治疗对老年急性脑梗死患者脑循环及神经功能的影响

Effect of Warming Acupuncture Combined with Massage Rehabilitation Therapy on Cerebral Circulation and Nerve Function in Elderly Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨温针灸联合推拿康复治疗在老年急性脑梗死(ACI)患者中的应用效果.方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月我院收治的70例老年ACI患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组35例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用温针灸联合推拿康复治疗,均持续4周.对比两组的治疗效果、脑循环指标、神经功能及肢体功能.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的77.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的最大血流速度、平均血流速度均快于对照组,脑血管阻力小于对照组,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论温针灸联合推拿康复治疗能够改善老年ACI患者的脑循环,减轻神经功能损伤,提高肢体功能,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To explore the application effect of warm acupuncture combined with massage rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 70 elderly patients with ACI admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received warm acupuncture combined with massage rehabilitation therapy on this basis.Both groups continued for 4 weeks.The treatment effect,cerebral circulation indexes,nerve function and limb function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 77.17%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum blood flow velocity and average blood flow velocity of the observation group were faster than those of the control group,and the cerebrovascular resistance was lower than that of the control group,the Fugl-Meyer assessment score was higher than that of the control group,and the National Institute of Health stroke scale score was lower than that of the control group,and the cerebrovascular resistance and National Institute of Health stroke scale score were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with massage rehabilitation therapy can improve cerebral circulation,reduce neurological damage and improve limb function in elderly patients with ACI,which is worthy of clinical application.
