牵引联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Traction Combined with Massage in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的评价牵引联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效.方法选取2020年3月—2021年9月我院收治的75例LDH患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为两组.对照组37例予以牵引治疗,研究组38例在对照组基础上联合推拿治疗.比较两组临床疗效、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数量表(JOA)评分和视觉模拟评分(VAS).结果治疗后,研究组总有效率、SF-36评分、JOA评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论牵引联合推拿治疗LDH效果显著,可缓解患者腰部疼痛,改善患者下肢活动功能,提高生活质量,治疗效果良好.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of traction combined with massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 75 patients with LDH admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.37 cases in the control group were treated with traction,and 38 cases in the study group were treated with massage on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores scale(JOA)score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,SF-36 score and JOA score in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traction combined with massage is effective in the treatment of LDH,which can relieve patients'lumbar pain,improve patients'lower limb activity function,improve the quality of life,and the treatment effect is good.
