医院社区一体化康复护理模式对精神分裂症患者精神症状及社会功能的影响

Influence of Hospital-Community Integrated Rehabilitation Model on Mental Symptoms and Social Function of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨医院社区一体化康复护理模式在精神分裂症患者中的应用价值.方法选择2019年1月—2021年1月该院收治的精神分裂症患者74例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各37例.对照组给予常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以医院社区一体化康复护理模式,均干预6个月.比较两组精神症状、社会功能、康复状态及家庭负担.结果干预前,两组阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)中阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理评分、总分及社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、Morningside康复状态量表(MRSS)、家庭负担量表(FBS)评分相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6个月后,观察组PANSS中阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理评分、PANSS总分及SDSS、MRSS、FBS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论医院社区一体化康复护理模式能够加速精神分裂症患者精神症状缓解,改善社会功能,促进病情康复,减轻家庭负担,值得临床应用.

Objective To explore the application value of hospital-community integrated rehabilitation nursing model in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 74 patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group was given the hospital-community integrated rehabilitation nursing mode on the basis of the control group,and both of which were intervened for 6 months.The psychiatric symptoms,social function,rehabilitation status and family burden were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general psychopathological scores,total score in positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)and social disability screening schedule(SDSS),Morningside rehabilitation status scale(MRSS),and family burden scale(FBS)scores between the groups(P>0.05);after 6 months of intervention,the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general psychopathological scores,total score in PANSS and SDSS,MRSS,FBS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital-community integrated rehabilitation nursing model can accelerate the relief of mental symptoms of patients with schizophrenia,improve social function,promote recovery of patients,and reduce family burden,which is worthy of clinical application.
