气压治疗仪联合手法按摩预防颅脑损伤下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果

Effect of Barometric Therapy Apparatus Combined with Manual Massage on Prevention of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs after Craniocerebral Injury

目的探讨气压治疗仪联合手法按摩预防颅脑损伤下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果.方法选择本院2021年1—12月收治的颅脑损伤患者80例,随机分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40).对照组采用常规干预,观察组在此基础上采用气压治疗仪联合手法按摩干预,比较两组的腘静脉、股总静脉血流速度,并比较两组的下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率.结果干预后,观察组的腘静脉、股总静脉平均血流速度分别为(19.65±2.28)cm/s、(26.82±2.33)cm/s,均慢于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论颅脑损伤患者采用气压治疗仪联合手法按摩干预,能有效改善下肢血流动力学指标,降低下肢深静脉血栓形成风险,值得推广.

Objective To investigate the effect of barometric therapy apparatus combined with manual massage on prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 80 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with conventional intervention,and the observation group was treated with barometric therapy apparatus combined with manual massage on this basis.The blood flow velocities of popliteal vein and femoral vein were measured,and the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the mean blood flow velocities of popliteal vein and femoral vein in the observation group was(19.65±2.28)cm/s and(26.82±2.33)cm/s,respectively,slower than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with craniocerebral injury,barometric therapy apparatus combined with manual massage can effectively improve the hemodynamic indexes of lower limbs and reduce the risk of lower limb deep vein thrombosis,which is worthy of promotion.
