至灵胶囊联合贝那普利对老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能和免疫功能的影响

Effect of Zhiling Capsule Combined with Benazepril on Renal Function and Immune Function in Elderly Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨至灵胶囊联合贝那普利在老年慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年2月—2021年11月我院收治的92例老年CRF患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各46例.对照组给予贝那普利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用至灵胶囊治疗,持续4个疗程.对比两组临床疗效、肾功能指标、免疫功能指标及不良反应发生率.结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组Scr(85.55±7.98)μmol/L、BUN(9.63±1.25)mmol/L均低于对照组的(96.53±7.31)μmol/L、(12.52±1.53)mmol/L,Ccr(53.37±5.21)mL/min、CD3^(+)(58.99±4.72)%、CD4^(+)(57.03±4.76)%、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(2.88±0.30)均高于对照组的(46.13±5.76)mL/min、(51.12±5.38)%、(51.28±4.72)%、(2.26±0.37),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论至灵胶囊联合贝那普利在老年CRF患者中疗效确切,能改善肾功能,促进免疫功能恢复,且安全性高.

Objective To explore the application effect of Zhiling Capsule combined with benazepril in the elderly patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods 92 elderly patients with CRF treated in our hospital from February 2020 to November 2021 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril,and the observation group was treated with Zhiling Capsule on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 4 courses.The clinical efficacy,renal function indexes,immune function indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,higher than 80.43%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine clearance rate(Ccr),CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,Scr(85.55±7.98)μmol/L,BUN(9.63±1.25)mmol/L in the observation group were lower than(96.53±7.31)μmol/L,(12.52±1.53)mmol/L in the control group,Ccr(53.37±5.21)mL/min,CD3^(+)(58.99±4.72)%,CD4^(+)(57.03±4.76)%,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(2.88±0.30)were higher than(46.13±5.76)mL/min,(51.12±5.38)%,(51.28±4.72)%,(2.26±0.37)in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhiling Capsule combined with benazepril is effective in the elderly patients with CRF,which can improve renal function,promote the recovery of immune function,and has high safety.
