综合康复治疗对腰部运动损伤患者腰椎功能及疼痛的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment on Lumbar Function and Pain in Patients with Lumbar Sports Injury

目的探讨综合康复治疗对腰部运动损伤患者腰椎功能及疼痛的影响.方法选择2019年5月—2021年10月我院收治的腰部运动损伤患者76例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各38例.对照组给予药物配合推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取综合康复治疗,持续治疗2周.比较两组治疗效果、疼痛程度、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分.结果观察组治疗总有效率97.37%高于对照组的78.95%,治疗后疼痛程度轻于对照组,ODI评分(17.84±3.24)分低于对照组的(22.37±4.50)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在腰部运动损伤患者中采用综合康复治疗,能够提高临床疗效,减轻疼痛,进一步促进患者腰椎功能恢复.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on lumbar function and pain in patients with lumbar sports injury.Methods 76 patients with lumbar sports injury treated in our hospital from May 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given with drugs combined with massage treatment,and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group,with both continuous treatment for 2 weeks.The treatment effect,the degree of pain and Oswestry disability index(ODI)score were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate 97.37%of the observation group was higher than 78.95%of the control group,and the degree of pain after treatment was lighter than that of the control group,the ODI score(17.84±3.24)points after treatment was lower than(22.37±4.50)points of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in patients with lumbar sports injury can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the pain,and further promote the recovery of lumbar function.
