壮医经筋推拿疗法联合壮医药物竹筒拔罐在腰椎间盘突出症患者康复护理中的应用研究

Application of Zhuang Medicine Meridian and Tendon Massage Therapy Combined with Zhuang Medicine Bamboo Cupping in Rehabilitation Nursing of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨壮医经筋推拿疗法联合壮医药物竹筒拔罐在腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者中的应用效果.方法选取本院2021年1—12月收治的LDH患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组采用常规推拿及针灸,观察组采用壮医经筋推拿疗法联合壮医药竹筒拔罐.比较两组治疗前后的腰椎功能、疼痛程度及临床疗效.结果干预前,两组的各项日本骨科协会评估治疗评分(JOA)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的各项JOA评分均高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的临床总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论壮医经筋推拿疗法联合壮医药物竹筒拔罐应用于LDH患者中的效果确切,能有效缓解疼痛,改善腰椎功能,促进病情康复.

Objective To explore the application effect of Zhuang medicine meridian and tendon massage therapy combined with Zhuang medicine bamboo cupping in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 100 LDH patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional massage and acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with Zhuang medicine meridian and tendon massage therapy combined with Zhuang medicine bamboo tube cupping.The lumbar function,pain degree and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the Japanese Orthopaedic Association assessment and treatment scores(JOA)and pain visual analogue scale scores(VAS)between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Zhuang medicine meridian and tendon massage therapy combined with Zhuang medicine bamboo cupping is effective in LDH patients,which can effectively relieve pain,improve lumbar function,and promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
