中医推拿联合腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果探讨

Discussion on the Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage Combined with Lumbar Traction in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的分析中医推拿联合腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果.方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月在宜兴市中医医院推拿科接受诊治的96例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组与研究组,各48例.对照组采用腰椎牵引治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用中医推拿治疗,均治疗2周.对两组临床疗效、腰椎功能与腰痛改善情况进行对比分析.结果研究组总有效率97.92%显著高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).相比治疗前,两组患者治疗2周后的Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)均显著降低,且相比对照组,研究组治疗2周后的ODI、VAS评分均明显更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论腰椎间盘突出症患者采用中医推拿联合腰椎牵引治疗获得了较为理想的疗效,患者腰椎功能得以明显改善,腰痛程度得到显著缓解.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of TCM massage combined with lumbar traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 96 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were diagnosed and treated in the Department of Massage of Yixing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lumbar traction,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese massage on the basis of the control group,both of which were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,lumbar spine function and improvement of low back pain were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.92%,which was significantly higher than 81.25%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the Oswestry disability index(ODI)score and visual analogue scale(VAS)of the two groups of patients after 2 weeks of treatment were significantly decreased,compared with the control group,the ODI and VAS scores of the study group after 2 weeks of treatment were significantly lower,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with lumbar disc herniation have achieved ideal curative effects by using traditional Chinese massage combined with lumbar traction,the patient's lumbar spine function was significantly improved,and the degree of low back pain was significantly relieved.
