黄芪建中汤加减联合西药治疗脾胃虚寒型胃十二指肠溃疡的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Gastroduodenal Ulcer with Spleen and Stomach Deficiency and Cold

目的分析脾胃虚寒型胃十二指肠溃疡患者应用黄芪建中汤加减联合西药治疗的效果.方法选取2020年1月—2021年11月我院收治的脾胃虚寒型胃十二指肠溃疡患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各35例.对照组予以西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用黄芪建中汤加减治疗.比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子、血浆胃动素(MTL)、血清胃泌素(GAS)水平及不良反应.结果观察组临床总有效率94.29%高于对照组的74.29%,白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,MTL、GAS水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论脾胃虚寒型胃十二指肠溃疡患者应用黄芪建中汤加减联合西药治疗可减轻炎症反应,改善胃肠运动功能,安全可靠.

Objective To analyze the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with western medicine in patients with gastroduodenal ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold.Methods 70 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,plasma motilin(MTL),serum gastrin(GAS)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate 94.29%of the observation group was higher than 74.29%of the control group,the levels of interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of MTL and GAS were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold can reduce inflammation and improve gastrointestinal motor function,which is safe and reliable.
