作业治疗中的综合音乐疗法对帕金森病患者情绪认知和睡眠的影响研究

Influence of Comprehensive Music Therapy in Occupational Therapy on Emotional Cognition and Sleep in Patients with Parkinson's Disease

目的研究作业治疗中的综合音乐疗法对帕金森病患者的情绪认知与睡眠改善的效果.方法选取该院2020年3月—2021年3月收治的76例帕金森病患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组.对照组38例采用常规护理,观察组38例在对照组基础上联合综合音乐疗法.比较两组患者治疗前后的睡眠质量、情绪及认知功能情况.结果干预前,两组帕金森病睡眠量表(PDSS)评分、统一帕金森病评定量表第一部分(UPDRSⅠ)评分及简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组PDSS、MMSE评分均高于对照组,UPDRSⅠ评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合音乐疗法可以积极改善帕金森病患者的情绪状态,提升患者的睡眠质量及认知功能,值得推广.

Objective The effect of comprehensive music therapy in occupational therapy on emotional cognition and sleep improvement in Parkinson's patients.Methods A total of 76 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The 38 cases in the control group received routine nursing,and the 38 cases in the observation group were combined with comprehensive music therapy on the basis of the control group.The sleep quality,emotion and cognitive function of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results Before intervention,the Parkinson's disease sleep scale(PDSS)score,unified Parkinson's disease rating scale part I(UPDRS I)score and mini-mental state examination scale(MMSE)score were compared between the two groups,and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the PDSS and MMSE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the UPDRS I score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive music therapy can actively improve the emotional state of patients with Parkinson's disease,improve the sleep quality and cognitive function of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
