循经络仿生物电刺激联合手法治疗对女性慢性盆腔疼痛患者症状改善及生存质量的影响

Effect of Meridian-Collateral-Imitating Bioelectric Stimulation Combined with Manipulative Therapy on Symptom Improvement and Quality of Life in Female Patients with Chronic Pelvic Pain

目的探讨循经络仿生物电刺激联合手法治疗在女性慢性盆腔疼痛(CPP)患者中的应用效果.方法选取本院2020年12月—2021年12月收治的女性CPP患者76例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组38例.对照组采用手法治疗,观察组采用循经络仿生物电刺激联合手法治疗,均治疗2个疗程.比较两组的临床疗效、症状改善情况及生存质量.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.37%,高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的下腹疼痛、非定性疼痛、阴道不适症状积分及CPP症状总积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论循经络仿生物电刺激联合手法治疗能有效减轻女性CPP患者的临床症状,提升生存质量,疗效理想.

Objective To explore the effect of meridian-collateral-imitating bioelectric stimulation combined with manipulation therapy in the treatment of female chronic pelvic pain(CPP).Methods 76 female CPP patients admitted to the hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manipulation therapy,and the observation group was treated with meridian-collateral-imitating bioelectric stimulation combined with manipulation therapy.Both groups were treated for 2 courses.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.37%,higher than 78.95%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of lower abdominal pain,non-qualitative pain,vaginal discomfort and CPP symptom total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the World Health Organization quality of life scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of meridian-collateral-imitating bioelectric stimulation combined with manipulation therapy can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of female CPP patients,improve the quality of life,and has ideal curative effect.
