骨康胶囊联合阿法骨化醇对老年骨质疏松患者骨密度、骨代谢指标及生活质量的影响

Effects of Gukang Capsule Combined with Alfacalcidol on Bone Mineral Density, Bone Metabolism and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Osteoporosis

目的分析老年骨质疏松(OP)患者联用骨康胶囊与阿法骨化醇治疗对骨密度、骨代谢指标及生活质量的影响.方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月兰陵县人民医院收治的88例老年OP患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组44例.对照组采用阿法骨化醇治疗,观察组采用骨康胶囊联合阿法骨化醇治疗,均连续治疗6个月.对两组的骨密度、骨代谢指标、生活质量及不良反应进行比较.结果治疗后,两组的L_(2~4)、左侧股骨颈骨密度均升高,且观察组的L_(2~4)、左侧股骨颈骨密度均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的骨钙素(BGP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平均改善,且观察组的BGP、ALP水平均高于对照组,BALP水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分均高于治疗前,且观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论老年OP患者采用骨康胶囊联合阿法骨化醇治疗能够增加骨密度,改善骨代谢,提升生活质量,且不会增加不良反应.

To analyze the effect of Gukang Capsule combined with alfacalcidol on bone mineral density,bone metabolism and quality of life in elderly patients with osteoporosis(OP).Methods A total of 88 elderly OP patients admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with alfacalcidol,and the observation group was treated with Gukang Capsule combined with alfacalcidol.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The bone mineral density,bone metabolism,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the bone mineral density of L_(2~4) and left femoral neck in both groups increased,and the bone mineral density of L_(2~4) and left femoral neck in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bone glaproteinosteocalcin(BGP),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)in both groups were improved,and the levels of BGP and ALP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of BALP was lower than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the SF-36 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Gukang Capsule combined with alfacalccitol can increase bone mineral density,improve bone metabolism and improve quality of life in elderly OP patients without increasing adverse reactions.
