预见性护理、责任制整体干预对策结合作业疗法在精神疾病患者康复训练中的临床疗效研究

A Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Anticipatory Care, Responsible Holistic Intervention Countermeasures Combined with Occupational Therapy in the Rehabilitation Training of Patients with Mental Illness

目的探讨预见性护理、责任制整体干预对策结合作业疗法在精神疾病患者康复训练中的临床疗效.方法将我院2018年5月—2021年5月收治的80例精神分裂症患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预见性护理、责任制整体干预对策结合作业疗法干预,均连续干预3个月.评估两组患者干预前后的日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、护士观察量表(NOSIE-30)评分、精神分裂症阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分.结果干预3个月后,观察组ADL中躯体生活自理评分、工具性日常生活能力评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PANSS中阴性症状评分及总分均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NOSIE-30中个人整洁、迟缓、社会兴趣、总消极因素、总积极因素、激惹评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论精神分裂症患者采用预见性护理、责任制整体干预对策结合作业疗法可有效提升其日常生活能力、认知能力、社交能力、情感表达能力,改善临床症状.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of anticipatory care and responsible holistic intervention countermeasures combined with occupational therapy in the rehabilitation training of patients with mental illness.Methods 80 cases of schizophrenia patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group used conventional care and the observation group used anticipatory care and responsible holistic intervention countermeasures combined with occupational therapy intervention,both of which were intervened for 3 months continuously.The pre and post-intervention scores on the Ability to Perform Daily Living Scale(ADL),the Nurse Observation Scale(NOSIE-30)score and the positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)score were assessed in both groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the physical life selfcare score and instrumental ADL score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the negative symptom score and total score in PANSS were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of personal neatness,retardation,social interest,total negative factors,total positive factors and arousal in NOSIE-30 were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of anticipatory care and accountable holistic intervention countermeasures combined with occupational therapy for schizophrenia patients can effectively improve their daily living skills,cognitive abilities,social skills,emotional expression and clinical symptoms.
