阿立哌唑联合度洛西汀对抑郁症患者睡眠质量及抑郁症状评分的影响

Effect of Aripiprazole Combined with Duloxetine on Sleep Quality and Depressive Symptom Scores in Patients with Depression

目的探讨阿立哌唑联合度洛西汀对抑郁症患者睡眠质量及抑郁症状评分的影响.方法选取2020年12月—2021年12月该院收治的60例抑郁症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例.对照组给予度洛西汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予阿立哌唑治疗,连续用药8周.比较两组临床疗效总评量表(CGI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组CGI中病情严重程度评分(2.35±0.57)分、疗效总评评分(2.04±0.61)分均低于对照组的(3.15±0.88)分、(2.96±0.56)分,疗效指数(2.97±0.38)高于对照组的(2.23±0.52),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组PSQI、HAMD评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组PSQI评分、HAMD总分及各因子评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论阿立哌唑与度洛西汀联合治疗能够增强抑郁症临床疗效,改善抑郁症状及睡眠质量,且安全性高.

Objective To investigate the effect of aripiprazole combined with duloxetine on sleep quality and depressive symptom scores in patients with depression.Methods 60 patients with depression admitted from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with duloxetine,and the observation group with aripiprazole on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 8 consecutive weeks.The clinical global impression(CGI),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The disease severity score(2.35±0.57)points,efficacy score(2.04±0.61)points in CGI in the observation group were lower than(3.15±0.88)points,(2.96±0.56)points in the control group,and the efficacy index(2.97±0.38)was higher than(2.23±0.52)in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PSQI and HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the PSQI score,HAMD total score and each factor score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of aripiprazole and diloxetine can enhance the clinical efficacy of depression,improve depressive symptoms and sleep quality,and have a high safety profile.
