颈椎牵引配合康复操训练对颈椎病患者功能障碍指数及疼痛评分的影响

Effect of Cervical Traction Combined with Rehabilitation Exercise Training on Dysfunction Index and Pain Score of Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

目的分析颈椎病患者采用颈椎牵引配合康复操训练对其功能障碍指数及疼痛评分的影响.方法选取我院2019年3月—2020年3月收治的50名颈椎病患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,每组25例.对照组采用颈椎牵引治疗,研究组在此基础上进行康复操训练,两组均治疗3个月.比较两组的治疗效果,并比较两组治疗前后的疼痛评分、颈椎功能、颈肌力学指标及心理状态.结果治疗后,研究组的疼痛评分及颈椎功能残障指数评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的各项颈肌力学指标均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论颈椎病患者采用颈椎牵引疗法联合康复操训练的效果显著,可有效减轻疼痛,恢复颈部功能,并改善患者心理状态,值得临床推广及应用.

Objective To analyze the effect of cervical traction combined with rehabilitation exercises on the dysfunction index and pain score of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 50 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cervical traction,and the study group was treated with rehabilitation exercises on this basis.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups,and the pain score,cervical spine function,cervical muscle strength indexes and psychological state were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the pain score and neck disability index score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,higher than 76.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cervical muscle strength indexes of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical traction therapy combined with rehabilitation exercise training has a significant effect on patients with cervical spondylosis,which can effectively relieve pain,restore neck function,and improve patients'psychological state,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
