耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Ear Acupoint Pressing Bean Combined with Acupoint Application in Patients after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探讨耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者中的应用效果.方法选择2020年2月—2021年10月本院收治的腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者115例,以随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=57)给予术后常规护理,观察组(n=58)在对照组基础上给予耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷干预.比较两组术后胃肠功能恢复情况,从排便速度、排便困难、粪便形态三方面评估两组干预前后排便质量,另统计两组恶心呕吐与腹胀发生率进行对比分析.结果观察组排气时间(4.08±0.61)h、肠鸣音恢复时间(3.95±0.48)h、排尿时间(9.28±1.21)h、排便时间(23.95±3.52)h,均短于对照组的(6.15±0.73)h、(5.76±0.65)h、(10.36±1.39)h、(27.18±4.05)h,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组排便速度、排便困难、粪便形态评分分别为(1.76±0.41)分、(1.51±0.30)分、(1.90±0.31)分,均低于对照组的(2.37±0.42)分、(2.05±0.33)分、(2.25±0.32)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹胀发生率为12.07%,低于对照组的28.07%,恶心呕吐发生率为5.17%,低于对照组的24.56%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷能加快腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后胃肠功能恢复,改善患者排便质量,并能降低腹胀、恶心呕吐发生率,值得推广.

Objective To explore application effect of ear acupoint pressing bean combined with acupoint application in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 115 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=57)was given routine postoperative care,and the observation group(n=58)was given ear acupoint pressing bean combined with acupoint application intervention on the basis of the control group.The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery of the two groups were compared,the quality of defecation before and after intervention of the two groups was evaluated from three aspects of defecation speed,defecation difficulty and stool morphology,and the incidence of nausea and vomiting and abdominal distention of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The exhaust time(4.08±0.61)h,bowel sound recovery time(3.95±0.48)h,urination time(9.28±1.21)h,defecation time(23.95±3.52)h in the observation group were shorter than(6.15±0.73)h,(5.76±0.65)h,(10.36±1.39)h,(27.18±4.05)h in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of defecation speed,defecation difficulty and fecal morphology in the observation group were(1.76±0.41)points,(1.51±0.30)points,(1.90±0.31)points,respectively,which were lower than(2.37±0.42)points,(2.05±0.33)points,(2.25±0.32)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of abdominal distension in observation group was 12.07%,lower than 28.07%in the control group,and the incidence of nausea and vomiting in observation group was 5.17%,lower than 24.56%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ear acupoint pressing bean combined with acupoint application can accelerate the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,improve the quality of defecation,and reduce the incidence of abdominal distention,nausea and vomiting,which is worth promoting.
