艾地苯醌联合康复疗法对老年血管性痴呆患者认知功能及血浆神经递质的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Idebenone Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy on Cognitive Function and Plasma Neurotransmitters in Patients with Senile Vascular Dementia

摘要 目的探讨艾地苯醌联合康复疗法在老年血管性痴呆患者中的治疗效果.方法选取2020年5月—2022年2月我院收治的64例老年血管性痴呆患者为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=32).对照组采用艾地苯醌治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用康复疗法,均持续治疗2个月.比较两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平.结果两组治疗前的MoCA评分及各项血浆神经递质水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组MoCA评分为(24.98±2.22)分,高于对照组的(22.51±3.07)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NE、DA、5-HT分别为(16.79±2.98)nmoL/mL、(12.53±3.12)nmoL/mL、(15.83±3.53)nmoL/mL,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在老年血管性痴呆患者中采用艾地苯醌联合康复疗法治疗,能够改善其血浆神经递质水平,促进认知功能恢复. Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of idebenone combined with rehabilitation therapy in patients with senile vascular dementia.Methods A total of 64 patients with senile vascular dementia who were treated in our hospital from May 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and divided into the control group(n=32)and the observation group(n=32)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with idebenone,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group,and the treatment continued for 2 months.The Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)scores,norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA)and serotonin(5-HT)levels were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the MoCA score and the levels of various plasma neurotransmitters between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the MoCA score of the observation group was(24.98±2.22)points,which was higher than(22.51±3.07)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of NE,DA and 5-HT in the observation group were(16.79±2.98)nmoL/mL,(12.53±3.12)nmoL/mL,and(15.83±3.53)nmoL/mL,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Idebenone combined with rehabilitation therapy in senile vascular dementia patients can improve their plasma neurotransmitter levels and promote cognitive function recovery.
