摘要
目的探讨美金刚联合运动锻炼对阿尔茨海默症(AD)患者认知功能及血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的影响.方法选取本院2020年4月—2021年10月收治的74例AD患者为研究对象,按入院顺序分为两组,每组37例.对照组采用美金刚治疗,观察组采用美金刚联合运动锻炼干预,均持续6个月.比较两组干预前后的简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)评分、阿尔茨海默症评价量表-认知分表(ADAS-cog)评分、总体衰退量表(GDS)评分、Blessed痴呆量表(BDS)评分及血清BDNF水平.结果两组干预前的MMSE、ADAS-cog、GDS、BDS评分及血清BDNF水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后的MMSE评分为(21.09±2.37)分,高于对照组的(18.76±3.12)分,BDNF水平为(14.71±2.92)μg/L,高于对照组的(12.31±2.67)μg/L,ADAS-cog、GDS、BDS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论美金刚联合运动锻炼可提高AD患者的血清BDNF水平,改善大脑认知功能,减轻痴呆程度,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effects of memantine combined with exercise on cognitive function and serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods A total of 74 AD patients admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with memantine,and the observation group was treated with memantine combined with exercise.The intervention lasted for 6 months in both groups.The mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score,Alzheimer's disease assessment scale-cognitive(ADAS-cog)score,global decline scale(GDS)score,blessed dementia scale(BDS)score and serum BDNF level were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There were no significant differences in MMSE,ADAS-cog,GDS,BDS scores and serum BDNF levels between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after intervention,the MMSE score of the observation group was(21.09±2.37)points,which was higher than(18.76±3.12)points of the control group,and the BDNF level was(14.71±2.92)μg/L,higher than(12.31±2.67)μg/L in the control group,while the ADAS-cog,GDS and BDS scores were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Memantine combined with exercise can improve the level of serum BDNF in AD patients,improve brain cognitive function and reduce the degree of dementia,which is worthy of clinical application.
