增强型体外反搏对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者运动耐力、心功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Enhanced External Counterpulsation on Exercise Endurance, Cardiac function and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者采用增强型体外反搏治疗的临床效果.方法选择2019年5月—2021年11月在本院进行诊治的178例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,依据入院前后顺序分成两组.对照组89例患者采用常规药物治疗,观察组89例患者在对照组基础上联合采用增强型体外反搏治疗.对比两组治疗前后运动耐力、心功能以及生活质量.结果治疗后,观察组的峰值负荷功率、峰值氧脉搏、峰值摄氧量、无氧阈氧耗量、左心室射血分数均高于对照组,6 min步行距离长于对照组,血清脑钠肽、Tei指数及明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷表各项目评分及总分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论增强型体外反搏可显著提升冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能、运动耐力,进一步改善生活质量.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enhanced external counterpulsation in patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease.Methods 178 patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from May 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups according to the order before and after admission.89 patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,and 89 patients in the observation group were treated with enhanced external counterpulsation on the basis of the control group.The exercise endurance,heart function and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the work rate peak,oxygen consumption/heart rate peak,oxygen consumption peak,oxygen consumption at anaerobic threshold and left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,the 6-minute walking distance was longer than that of the control group,and the serum brain natriuretic peptide,Tei index,and the scores of each item and total scores in Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhanced external counterpulsation can significantly improve cardiac function,exercise endurance of patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease,and further improve the quality of life.
