莲花贴对肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿临床症状恢复时间及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Lotus Patch on Clinical Symptom Recovery Time and Immune Function in Children with Mesenteric Lymphadenitis

目的探讨莲花贴在肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿中的应用价值.方法选择2018年3月—2022年3月本院收治的肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿70例,按随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=35)采用常规治疗,研究组(n=35)在对照组基础上采用莲花贴治疗,两组均治疗14 d.对比两组患儿的临床症状恢复时间、免疫功能及不良反应发生情况.结果研究组的腹痛消失、肿大淋巴结消失、大便恢复正常及退热时间分别为(2.46±0.84)d,(8.21±1.53)d,(6.21±1.26)d、(2.31±0.56)d,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的CD3+、CD4+水平均高于对照组,CD8+水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗期间均无不良反应发生.结论莲花贴用于肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿中的效果确切,可促进临床症状恢复,提高免疫功能,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the application value of Lotus Patch in children with mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods 70 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group(n=35)received conventional treatment,and the study group(n=35)received Lotus Paste treatment on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The recovery time of clinical symptoms,immune function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The time of disappearance of abdominal pain,disappearance of enlarged lymph nodes,return to normal stool and antipyretic in the study group were(2.46±0.84)d,(8.21±1.53)d,(6.21±1.26)d,(2.31±0.56)d,respectively,which were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+and CD4+in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of CD8+was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Lotus Patch is effective in children with mesenteric lymphadenitis,which can promote the recovery of clinical symptoms and improve immune function.It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
