自拟活血消肿汤结合小夹板外固定应用于Colles骨折手法整复术后患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Self-Made Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction Combined with Small Splint External Fixation in Colles Fracture Patients after Manual Reduction

目的探讨自拟活血消肿汤结合小夹板外固定应用于Colles骨折手法整复术后患者的临床效果.方法选取2021年3—12月我院收治的80例Colles骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例.对照组予以手法整复小夹板外固定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用自拟活血消肿汤治疗,持续治疗4周.比较两组临床症状评分、腕关节功能、恢复情况.结果观察组治疗4周后疼痛评分(1.32±0.25)分、瘀斑评分(1.05±0.19)分、肿胀评分(1.29±0.23)分、叩击痛评分(0.89±0.12)分均低于对照组的(1.75±0.29)分、(1.58±0.23)分、(1.67±0.28)分、(1.05±0.14)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗4周后腕关节患者自行评估量表评分(25.41±3.16)分、Gartland-Werley腕关节评分标准评分(10.52±1.49)分均低于对照组的(29.54±3.24)分、(13.74±1.58)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛缓解时间(10.32±1.27)d、消肿时间(6.96±1.12)d及骨折愈合时间(70.25±6.89)d均短于对照组的(13.51±1.42)d、(8.04±1.35)d、(80.41±7.25)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论自拟活血消肿汤结合小夹板外固定能够缩短Colles骨折患者手法整复术后疼痛缓解、肿胀消退时间,改善临床症状,加快腕关节功能恢复及骨折愈合.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction combined with small splint external fixation in Colles fracture patients after manual reduction.Methods 80 Colles fracture patients admitted to our hospital from March to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with manual reduction and small splint external fixation,while the observation group was treated with self-made Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 4 weeks.The clinical symptom score,wrist function and recovery situation were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score(1.32±0.25)points,ecchymosis score(1.05±0.19)points,swelling score(1.29±0.23)points,percussion pain score(0.89±0.12)points after 4 weeks of treatment in the observation group were lower than(1.75±0.29)points,(1.58±0.23)points,(1.67±0.28)points,(1.05±0.14)points,(1.18±0.24)points in the control group,with statistically differences between the groups(P<0.05);the patient-rated wrist evaluation score(25.41±3.16)points and Gartland Werley wrist scoring standard score(10.52±1.49)points in the observation group were lower than(29.54±3.24)points and(13.74±1.58)points in the control group,with statistically differences between the groups(P<0.05);the pain relief time(10.32±1.27)d,swelling reduction time(6.96±1.12)d and fracture healing time(70.25±6.89)d in the observation group were shorter than(13.51±1.42)d,(8.04±1.35)d,(80.41±7.25)d in the control group,with statistically differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction combined with small splint external fixation can shorten the regression time for pain and swelling in Colles fracture patients after manual reduction,improve clinical symptoms,and accelerate the recovery of wrist joint function and fracture healing.
