宣通温肺汤加减联合布地奈德对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿肺功能及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Modified Xuantong Wenfei Decoction Combined with Budesonide on Pulmonary Function and Immune Function in Children with Cough Variant Asthma

目的探讨宣通温肺汤加减联合布地奈德对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿肺功能及免疫功能的影响.方法选取2020年3月—2021年10月我院收治的88例CVA患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组44例、观察组44例.在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予宣通温肺汤治疗,持续用药15 d.比较两组临床疗效、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)、免疫蛋白球E(IgE)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组治疗总有效率93.18%高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组FVC、FEV1、MVV、IgE、EOS水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗15 d后,观察组FVC、FEV1、MVV均高于对照组,IgE、EOS水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05).结论宣通温肺汤加减联合布地奈德治疗CVA疗效确切,能改善患儿肺功能及免疫功能,且安全性高.

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Xuantong Wenfei Decoction combined with budesonide on pulmonary function and immune function in children with cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods 88 children with CVA admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to October 2021 were selected,and divided 44 cases into a control group and 44 cases in an observation group according to the random number table method.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with Xuantong Wenfei Decoction on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 15 days.The clinical efficacy,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),maximal ventilation per minute(MVV),immunoglobulin E(IGE),eosinophils(EOS)and adverse reactions occurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 93.18%of the observation group was higher than 77.27%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FVC,FEV1,MVV,the levels of IgE and EOS between the two groups(P>0.05);after 15 days of treatment,FVC,FEV1 and MVV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IgE and EOS were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The Xuantong Wenfei Decoction combined with budesonide is effective in the treatment of CVA,can improve the pulmonary function and immune function of children,and has high safety.
