四肢联动功能训练联合常规康复训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能及躯干控制能力的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Limb Linkage Functional Training Combined with Routine Rehabilitation Training on Balance Function and Trunk Control in Stroke Patients

摘要 目的脑卒中患者采用四肢联动功能训练联合常规康复训练对其平衡功能及躯干控制能力的影响.方法选取该院2020年7月—2021年7月收治的82例脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=41)采用常规康复训练,观察组(n=41)在对照组基础上采用四肢联动功能训练.比较两组的康复效果.结果训练后,两组躯干控制测试(TCT)和Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分均较各组训练前升高,且观察组TCT和BBS评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).训练后,改良Barthel指数(MBI)和Holden步行功能分级(FAC)评分均较各组训练前升高,且观察组MBI指数和FAC评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑卒中患者应用四肢联动功能训练联合常规康复训练的效果显著,可有效改善患者的平衡功能、躯干控制能力、日常生活能力及步行功能,临床价值高,值得推广. Objective Effects of limb linkage functional training combined with routine rehabilitation training on balance function and trunk control in stroke patients.Methods A total of 82 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=41)received conventional rehabilitation training,and the observation group(n=41)received limb linkage function training on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results After training,the trunk control test(TCT)and Berg balance scale(BBS)scores in both groups were higher than those before training,and the TCT and BBS scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the modified Barthel index(MBI)and Holden walking function classification(FAC)scores were higher than those before training in each group,and the MBI index and FAC score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of limb linkage functional training combined with conventional rehabilitation training in stroke patients has a significant effect,which can effectively improve patients' balance.
