康复运动对高血压病患者左心室肥厚指标、左心室舒张功能和血压的影响

Effects of Rehabilitation Exercise on Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Index, Left Ventricular Diastolic Function and Blood Pressure in Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨康复运动对高血压病患者心脏功能的影响.方法选取2020年1月—2021年10月我院收治的80例高血压患者,按入院顺序数字奇偶法分为两组,每组40例.两组均接受常规降压药物治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用常规宣教,观察组在对照组基础上采用康复运动干预.比较两组左心室肥厚指标水平、左心室舒张功能和血压变化情况.结果干预后,观察组血压低于对照组,室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度薄于对照组,左室舒张末期内径短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组二尖瓣环舒张早期运动速度、舒张早期运动速度/舒张晚期运动速度、舒张早期血流峰值流速/舒张晚期血流峰值流速均快于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复运动可有效控制高血压病患者血压水平,改善心脏功能.

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation exercise on cardiac function in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 80 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the numerical odd-even method of admission order,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional antihypertensive drug treatment,on this basis,the control group received conventional education,and the observation group received rehabilitation exercise intervention on the basis of the control group.The levels of left ventricular hypertrophy,left ventricular diastolic function and blood pressure were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the blood pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the thickness of the ventricular septum and the posterior wall of the left ventricle were thinner than those of the control group,and the end-diastolic diameter of the left ventricle was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the early diastolic motion velocity,early diastolic motion velocity/late diastolic motion velocity,early diastolic peak flow velocity/late diastolic blood flow velocity of the mitral valve annulus in the observation group were all faster than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise can effectively control blood pressure and improve heart function in patients with hypertension.
