以家庭为中心的协同护理对膝关节置换术后患者膝关节活动度及生活质量的影响

Influence of Family-Centered Collaborative Nursing on Knee Joint Range of Motion and Quality of Life in Patients after Knee Arthroplasty

目的探讨以家庭为中心的协同护理在膝关节置换术后患者中的应用效果.方法选取2019年12月—2021年10月我院收治的86例膝关节置换术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用以家庭为中心的协同护理,均持续护理3个月.对比两组膝关节活动度、膝关节功能、并发症发生率、生活质量以及护理满意度.结果干预前,两组膝关节活动度、Lysholm膝关节评分系统(LKSS)评分、世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组膝关节活动度大于对照组,LKSS评分及WHOQOL-BREF各领域评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论以家庭为中心的协同护理能改善膝关节置换术后患者的膝关节功能,扩大膝关节活动度,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量及护理满意度.

Objective To explore the application effect of family-centered collaborative nursing in patients after knee arthroplasty.Methods 86 patients after knee arthroplasty who were treated in the hospital from December 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the experimental group received family-centered collaborative nursing,and both groups continued nursing for 3 months.The knee joint range of motion,knee joint function,incidence of complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,the two groups of knee joint range of motion,Lysholm knee score scale(LKSS)score,the World Health Organization quality of life brief questionnaire(WHOQOL-BREF)score were compared,and the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention,the knee joint range of motion in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group,and the LKSS score and the scores of all areas in WHOQOL-BREF were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family-centered collaborative nursing can improve the knee function of patients after knee arthroplasty,expand the range of motion of the knee joint,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
