基于医疗技术的医养一体化护理在高血压性脑出血行微创手术患者中的应用效果研究

Research on the Application Effect of Integrated Medical and Nursing Care Based on Medical Technology in Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Undergoing Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的探究基于医疗技术的医养一体化护理在高血压性脑出血行微创手术患者中的应用效果.方法选取本院2020年6月—2021年6月收治的106例行微创手术治疗的高血压性脑出血患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组53例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于医疗技术的医养一体化护理,均护理1个月.比较两组心理状态、疾病不确定感、生活能力以及并发症发生情况.结果护理前,两组心理状态、疾病不确定感、生活能力比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,与对照组相比,观察组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均更低,疾病不确定感成人量表中的不明确性、复杂性、信息缺乏、不可预测评分均更低,Barthel指数评定量表评分更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为3.77%,低于对照组的16.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于医疗技术的医养一体化护理能够有效减轻行微创手术治疗的高血压性脑出血患者术后不良情绪,降低其疾病不确定感,减少并发症,改善其日常生活能力.

Objective To explore the application effect of integrated medical and nursing care based on medical technology in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing minimally invasive surgery.Methods 106patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were treated by minimally invasive surgery in the hospital from June2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received integrated medical and nursing care based on medical technology.Both groups were nursed for 1month.The psychological state,disease uncertainty,living ability,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,the psychological state,disease uncertainty,and living ability were compared between the two groups,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,compared with the control group,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group were lower,the scores of ambiguity,complexity,lack of information,and unpredictability in Mishel uncertainty in illness scale for adults were lower,the Barthel index score was higher,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.77%,which was lower than 16.98%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated medical and nursing care based on medical technology can effectively relieve postoperative negative emotions of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing minimally invasive surgery,reduce their sense of uncertainty about the disease,reduce complications,and improve their daily living abilities.
