桃红四物汤加味联合微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨中下段骨折的临床疗效研究

Study on Clinical Effect of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined with Minimally Invasive Locking Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Fractures of the Middle and Lower Segment of the Tibia

目的分析桃红四物汤加味联合微创锁定钢板内固定术在胫骨中下段骨折患者中的应用效果.方法选取济南市中西医结合医院2020年1-12月收治的86例胫骨中下段骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例.对照组采用微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用桃红四物汤加味治疗.对比两组患者的患侧小腿肿胀程度、临床疗效以及踝关节功能恢复情况.结果术后1周,研究组患侧与健侧小腿周径差明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组总有效率100.00%明显高于对照组的88.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组踝关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论桃红四物汤加味联合微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨中下段骨折患者的疗效确切,可有效缓解患侧小腿肿胀及疼痛程度,提高疗效,促进踝关节功能恢复.

Objective To analyze the application effect of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation in patients with fractures of the middle and lower segment of the tibia.Methods 86 patients with fractures of the middle and lower segment of the tibia admitted to Jinan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation,and the study group was additionally treated with Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The swelling degree of the affected calf,clinical efficacy and ankle joint function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results 1 week after operation,the difference in circumference between the affected calf and the healthy calf in the study group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 88.37%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of ankle joint function recovery in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Taohong Siwu decoction combined with minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation has definite curative effect in the treatment of patients with fractures of the middle and lower segment of the tibia,which can effectively relieve the degree of swelling and pain of the affected calf,improve the curative effect,and promote the recovery of ankle joint function.
