针灸推拿结合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Acupuncture and Massage Combined with Functional Exercise in Treating Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的探究肩周炎患者采用针灸推拿结合功能锻炼治疗的临床效果.方法选取本院2020年1月—2021年11月收治的肩周炎患者100例为研究对象,随机分为两组.对照组50例患者采用针灸推拿治疗,研究组50例患者采用针灸推拿结合功能锻炼治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果研究组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的Constant-Murley肩关节评分及日本骨科协会肩关节功能评分均较治疗前升高,且研究组各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的疼痛视觉模拟评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肩周炎患者采用针灸推拿结合功能锻炼治疗,不仅可以降低疼痛程度,提高治疗总有效率,还可提高肩关节功能,值得临床推广及应用.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and massage combined with functional exercise on periarthritis of shoulder.Methods A total of 100 patients with periarthritis of shoulder admitted to our hospital from January2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups.50 patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and massage,and 50 patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture and massage combined with functional exercise.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%,which was higher than 76.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Constant-Murley shoulder score and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association shoulder function score increased in both groups,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain visual analogue score of both groups decreased,and the score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with acupuncture and massage combined with functional exercise can not only reduce the degree of pain,improve the effective rate of treatment,but also improve the function of shoulder joint,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
