摘要
目的探究姿态训练联合脊柱侧弯矫形器对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)患者康复效果的影响.方法选择2019年1月—2020年11月本院收治的82例AIS患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例.对照组采用姿态训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用脊柱侧弯矫形器,均持续干预1年.比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后脊柱侧弯角度(Cobb角)、椎体旋转角度(AVR)、顶椎偏离骶骨中线距离(AVT).结果观察组治疗总有效率97.56%高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组脊柱Cobb角、AVR、AVT比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1年后,观察组脊柱Cobb角(8.94±1.22)°、AVR(1.03±0.16)°均小于对照组,AVT(17.34±2.61)mm短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论姿态训练联合脊柱侧弯矫形器能够有效缩小AIS患者的脊柱Cobb角及AVR,缩短AVT,加快康复进程.
Objective To explore the effect of posture training combined with scoliosis orthosis on the rehabilitation effect of patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS).Methods A total of 82 AIS patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given posture training,and the observation group was given scoliosis orthosis on the basis of the control group,and the intervention continued for 1 year.The treatment effect,spinal scoliosis angle(Cobb angle),apical vertebral rotation(AVR),and apical vertebral translation(AVT)before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than 80.49%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in spinal Cobb angle,AVR and AVT(P>0.05);after 1 year of treatment,the spinal Cobb angle(8.94±1.22)°and AVR(1.03±0.16)°in the observation group were all smaller than those in the control group,and the AVT(17.34±2.61)mm was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postural training combined with scoliosis orthosis can effectively reduce the spinal Cobb angle and AVR of AIS patients,shorten their AVT,and speed up their rehabilitation process.
