康复护理对膝骨关节炎患者膝关节功能及生活质量的影响

Influence of Rehabilitation Nursing on Knee Joint Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨康复护理在膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者中的临床应用价值.方法选择2018年1月—2021年9月该院收治的100例KOA患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组50例和观察组50例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受康复护理,两组均持续护理8周.对比分析两组护理前后的疼痛程度、膝关节功能及日常生活活动能力、生活质量以及护理满意度.结果护理前,两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Lysholm膝关节功能评分量表(LKS)评分、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分及健康调查量表(SF-36)中生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛等各维度评分相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,LKS评分、ADL评分及SF-36中各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复护理能够有效减轻KOA患者的疼痛程度,促进其膝关节功能恢复,提高其日常生活活动能力及生活质量,且其护理满意度更高.

Objective To explore the clinical application value of rehabilitation nursing in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 100 KOA patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into 50 cases in a control group and 50 cases in an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received rehabilitation nursing,and both groups received continuous nursing for 8 weeks.The degree of pain,knee joint function and activities of daily living,quality of life before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the visual analogue scale(VAS),Lysholm knee scale(LKS)score and activity of daily living(ADL)score and various dimensions such as physiological function,physiological function,and somatic pain scores in the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the LKS score,ADL score and the scores of various dimensions in SF-36 were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can effectively reduce the pain degree of KOA patients,promote the recovery of knee joint function,improve their activities of daily living and quality of life,and their nursing satisfaction is higher.
