口肌生物反馈训练结合常规吞咽康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能恢复的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Oral Muscle Biofeedback Training Combined with Routine Swallowing Rehabilitation Training on the Recovery of Swallowing Function in Patients with Disorder after Stroke

摘要 目的探讨脑卒中后吞咽障碍(DAS)患者实施口肌生物反馈训练联合常规吞咽康复训练的效果.方法选择我院2020年2月—2021年5月收治的78例DAS患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组39例.对照组采用常规吞咽康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合口肌生物反馈训练,均持续训练3个月.对比两组的洼田饮水试验评分、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分及并发症发生情况.结果观察组训练后的洼田饮水试验评分为(2.11±0.35)分,低于对照组,GQOLI-74中心理评分(72.79±5.11)分、躯体评分(70.76±4.48)分、社会功能评分(71.79±4.62)分及物质生活评分(72.78±5.39)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的并发症发生率5.13%低于对照组的20.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论口肌生物反馈训练联合常规吞咽康复训练对DAS患者的效果确切,能够恢复患者的吞咽功能,提升其生活质量,降低并发症发生率,利于预后. Objective To investigate the effect of oral muscle biofeedback training combined with routine swallowing rehabilitation training in patients with dysphagia after stroke(DAS).Methods A total of 78 DAS patients admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine swallowing rehabilitation training,while the observation group was given oral muscle biofeedback training on the basis of the control group,and the training continued for 3 months.The scores of the water-drinking test,the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the observation group had a score of(2.11±0.35)points in the water-drinking test,which was lower than that of the control group,GQOLI-74 score of mental scores(72.79±5.11)points,physical scores(70.76±4.48)points,social function scores(71.79±4.62)points and material life scores(72.78±5.39)points,all higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.13%lower than 20.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral muscle biofeedback training combined with routine swallowing rehabilitation training is effective in post-stroke DAS patients,which can restore the patients'swallowing function,improve their quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,and benefit the prognosis.
