弹力绷带联合舒适护理对腮腺肿瘤手术患者术后并发症发生情况及舒适度的影响

Effect of Elastic Bandage Combined with Comfort Nursing on Postoperative Complications and Comfort in Patients with Parotid Tumor Surgery

目的探讨弹力绷带联合舒适护理在腮腺肿瘤手术患者中的应用价值.方法选择2019年5月—2021年5月齐齐哈尔市第一医院收治的腮腺肿瘤手术患者82例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组41例与观察组41例.对照组采用普通绷带联合常规护理,观察组采用弹力绷带联合舒适护理,均持续观察3个月.对比两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分、术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度.结果护理前,两组的SAS、SDS评分、GCQ各维度评分及总评分相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,GCQ中心理、生理、环境、社会文化评分及总评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的术后并发症发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的19.51%,护理满意度为92.68%,高于对照组的75.61%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论弹力绷带联合舒适护理能够有效提高腮腺肿瘤手术患者舒适度,促使患者保持健康的心理,减少并发症,且能够获得更高的护理满意度.

Objective To explore the application value of elastic bandage combined with comfortable nursing in patients with parotid tumor surgery.Methods A total of 82 patients with parotid tumor surgery admitted to the First Hospital of Qiqihar City from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group of 41 cases and the observation group of 41 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was given ordinary bandage combined with routine nursing,and the observation group was given elastic bandage combined with comfortable nursing,both of which were continuously observed for 3 months.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),kolcaba general comfort questionnaire(GCQ),postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the SAS,SDS scores,GCQ dimension scores and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the psychological,physiological,environmental,social and cultural scores and total scores of the GCQ were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than 19.51%in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was 92.68%,which was higher than 75.61%of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elastic bandage combined with comfort nursing can effectively improve the comfort of patients undergoing parotid tumor surgery,promote patients to maintain a healthy psychology,reduce complications,and achieve higher nursing satisfaction.
