醒脑开窍针刺联合摄食训练对中风后吞咽障碍患者营养状态及FOIS分级的影响

Effects of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture Combined with Feeding Training on Nutritional Status and FOIS Classification in Patients with Dysphagia after Stroke

目的探讨醒脑开窍针刺联合摄食训练在中风后吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果.方法选取2016年9月—2021年7月我院收治的94例中风后吞咽障碍患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各47例.对照组采用摄食训练,试验组在对照组基础上加用醒脑开窍针刺治疗,均持续4周.对比两组临床疗效、吞咽功能、功能性经口摄食量表(FOIS)分级及营养状态.结果试验组治疗总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的吞咽功能、营养状态、FOIS分级比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组的标准吞咽功能评价量表评分低于对照组,血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白水平高于对照组,FOIS分级优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论醒脑开窍针刺联合摄食训练能有效提升中风后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能与摄食能力,改善营养状态.

Objective To explore the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with feeding training in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 94 patients with post-stroke dysphagia who were admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to July 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given feeding training,and the experimental group was given Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on the basis of the control group,both lasted 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,swallowing function,functional oral intake scale(FOIS)classification and nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the comparison of swallowing function,nutritional status and FOIS grade between the two groups showed no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the standardized swallowing assessment scale score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the levels of serum albumin and serum prealbumin were higher than those of the control group,and the FOIS classification was better than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with feeding training can effectively improve the swallowing function and feeding ability of patients with dysphagia after stroke,and improve their nutritional status.
