中药封包联合手法按摩对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Package Combined with Manual Massage on Rehabilitation Effect of Patients with Shoulder Hand Syndrome after Stroke

目的探讨中药封包联合手法按摩对脑卒中后肩手综合征(SHS)患者康复效果的影响.方法选取2020年7月—2021年6月本院收治的108例脑卒中后SHS患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各54例.对照组采用常规治疗与护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用中药封包联合手法按摩进行护理.比较两组疗效,干预前后数字疼痛量表(NRS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)、改良巴氏指数评定量表(MBI)评分.结果研究组总有效率为96.30%,显著高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组NRS、FMA-UE与MBI评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组NRS评分低于对照组,FMA-UE与MBI评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑卒中后SHS患者采用中药封包联合手法按摩干预能够有效缓解疼痛症状,改善上肢运动功能,提高日常生活活动能力,效果显著,值得临床应用与推广.

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine package combined with manual massage on the rehabilitation effect of patients with shoulder hand syndrome(SHS)after stroke.Methods 108 patients with SHS after stroke admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing intervention,and the study group received traditional Chinese medicine package combined with manual massage on the basis of the control group.The curative effects,numerical rating scale(NRS),Fugl-Meyer assessment-upper extremity(FMA-UE)and modified Barthel index(MBI)before and after intervention were compared between the groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 96.30%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in NRS,FMA-UE and MBI scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the NRS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of FMA-UE and MBI were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine package combined with manual massage intervention used in patients with SHS after stroke can effectively alleviate pain symptoms,improve upper limb motor function and the ability of daily living activities.It has significant obvious effect,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
