中药药浴配合康复功能训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bath Combined with Rehabilitation Function Training on Spastic Cerebral Palsy

目的观察痉挛型脑瘫患儿采用中药药浴联合康复功能训练的效果.方法选取我院2019年2月—2021年3月收治的痉挛型脑瘫患儿78例为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组及观察组,每组39例.对照组单纯进行康复功能训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药药浴治疗.对比两组治疗前后的肌张力、粗大运动功能评分及功能独立性评分.结果治疗后,观察组的肌张力评分为(1.51±0.42)分,低于对照组的(1.92±0.55)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的粗大运动功能评分、功能独立性评分分别为(94.51±12.05)分、(112.21±11.58)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论痉挛型脑瘫患儿采用康复功能训练联合中药药浴治疗的效果显著,可降低肌张力,提高粗大运动功能及功能独立性,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine bath combined with rehabilitation function training in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods 78 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment plans,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation function training only,and the observation group received TCM bath treatment on the basis of the control group.The muscle tension,gross motor function score and functional independence score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the muscle tension score of the observation group was(1.51±0.42)points,lower than(1.92±0.55)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gross motor function score and functional independence score of the observation group were(94.51±12.05)points and(112.21±11.58)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation function training combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath has a significant effect on children with spastic cerebral palsy,which can reduce muscle tension,improve gross motor function and functional independence,and is worthy of clinical application.
