中西医结合治疗肿瘤性贫血的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Neoplastic Anemia

目的探讨中西医结合治疗肿瘤性贫血的临床效果.方法选取我院2020年1月—2021年8月收治的80例肿瘤性贫血患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组.对照组40例采用西医复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗,观察组40例采用中医方剂联合复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行比较.结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的血红蛋白含量、红细胞计数、白细胞计数、血小板计数、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、平均红细胞体积比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的上述各指标水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的不良反应发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的17.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肿瘤性贫血患者采用中西医结合治疗的效果理想,且安全性较高,可推广使用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine on neoplastic anemia.Methods A total of 80 patients with neoplastic anemia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,which were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.40 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets,and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine prescription combined with compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,significantly higher than 67.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in hemoglobin content,RBC count,WBC count,platelet count,mean RBC hemoglobin content and mean RBC volume between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 17.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of neoplastic anemia is ideal,and the safety is high,can be popularized.
