普拉克索联合综合康复训练治疗对老年帕金森病患者认知功能及氧化应激反应的影响

Effects of Pramipexole Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training on Cognitive Function and Oxidative Stress Response in Elderly Patients with Parkinson's Disease

目的探讨普拉克索联合综合康复训练治疗对老年帕金森病(PD)患者认知功能、氧化应激反应的影响.方法选取我院2019年8月—2021年5月收治的84例老年PD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例).对照组采用普拉克索治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用综合康复训练治疗,均持续治疗3个月.比较两组治疗前后统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)评分、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及活性氧(ROS)、不良反应发生情况.结果观察组治疗后UPDRSⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ部分评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后MMSE评分、MoCA评分、SOD水平均高于对照组,MDA、ROS水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论普拉克索联合综合康复训练治疗可以降低老年PD患者的UPDRS评分,减轻氧化应激反应,加快认知功能恢复,且安全可靠.

Objective To investigate the effect of pramipexole combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on cognitive function and oxidative stress response in elderly Parkinson's disease(PD)patients.Methods A total of 84 elderly PD patients admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(42 cases)and the observation group(42 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with pramipexole,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group,and the treatment continued for 3 months.The unified parkinson's disease rating scale(UPDRS)score,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score,Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)score,superoxide dismutase(SOD),malonic dialdehyde(MDA)and reactive oxygen species(ROS)before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the UPDRS Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MMSE score,MoCA score and SOD level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the levels of MDA and ROS were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pramipexole combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training can reduce the UPDRS score,reduce oxidative stress response,and accelerate the recovery of cognitive function in elderly PD patients,and it is safe and reliable.
