肾炎康复片联合他克莫司对肾病综合征患者肾功能及炎症反应的影响

Effect of Shenyan Kangfu Tablet Combined with Tacrolimus on Renal Function and Inflammatory Response in Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome

目的观察肾炎康复片联合他克莫司对肾病综合征患者肾功能及炎症反应的影响.方法选取2019年9月—2021年5月本院收治的76例肾病综合征患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各38例.对照组采用口服他克莫司治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用肾炎康复片治疗,两组均治疗2个月.于治疗前、治疗2个月后,比较两组肾功能、炎症反应指标.结果治疗2个月后,两组血肌酐、血尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗2个月后,两组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肾炎康复片联合他克莫司治疗,可改善肾病综合征患者肾功能,减轻炎症反应.

Objective To observe the effects of Shenyan Kangfu Tablet combined with tacrolimus on renal function and inflammatory response in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 76 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral tacrolimus,and the observation group was treated with nephritis kangfu tablet on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 months.Before treatment and after 2 months of treatment,renal function and inflammatory response indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,and 24 h urinary protein in the groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,interleukin-8 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenyan Kangfu Tablet combined with tacrolimus can improve renal function and reduce inflammatory response in nephrotic syndrome patients.
