针灸联合推拿复位护理对慢性腰腿疼痛患者腰屈曲活动度及腰椎功能的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Massage Reduction Nursing on Lumbar Flexion Activity and Lumbar Function in Patients with Chronic Low Back and Leg Pain

目的探讨针灸联合推拿复位护理在慢性腰腿疼痛患者中的应用效果.方法选取2019年8月—2021年8月该院收治的慢性腰腿疼痛患者106例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各53例.对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施针灸联合推拿复位护理干预,两组均干预4周.比较两组腰屈曲活动度、疼痛情况、临床症状改善情况、腰椎功能恢复情况、生活质量和护理满意度.结果干预后,观察组腰屈曲范围、腰椎曲度均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组酸麻感、腰腿不适、疼痛评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组Oswestry功能障碍指数评分低于对照组,健康调查简表评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组操作技术、健康指导、住院环境、服务态度、护理安全评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针灸联合推拿复位护理能够改善慢性腰腿疼痛患者腰屈曲活动度,降低患肢疼痛程度,促进腰椎功能恢复和生活质量改善,提升护理满意度.

Objective To explore the application effect of acupuncture combined with massage reduction nursing in patients with chronic low back and leg pain.Methods 106 patients with chronic low back and leg pain admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received acupuncture combined with massage reduction nursing on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given intervention for 4 weeks.The lumbar flexion activity,pain,improvement of clinical symptoms,recovery of lumbar function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the range of lumbar flexion and lumbar curvature in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the degree of pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the interve ntion,the scores of acid and numbness,waist and leg discomfort and pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the score of Oswestry disability index(ODI)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of operation technology,health guidance,hospitalization environment,service attitude and nursing safety in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic low back and leg pain receiving acupuncture combined with massage reduction nursing can improve the activity of lumbar flexion,reduce the degree of affected limb pain,promote the recovery of lumbar function,improve the quality of life,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
