感觉统合训练联合心理护理在注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿中的应用效果 被引量:2

Application Effect of Sensory Integration Training Combined with Psychological Nursing in Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

摘要 目的探讨感觉统合训练(SI)联合心理护理在注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿中的应用效果.方法选取2019年5月-2021年5月该院收治的94例ADHD患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各47例.对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用SI联合心理护理,持续3个月.对比两组认知功能、持续注意力及多动症状.结果干预前,两组的瑞文测验联合型(CRT)与Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组的CRT评分高于对照组,CBCL评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组的各项综合注意力商数评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组的注意力商数、听觉注意力商数、视觉注意力商数、听觉控制力商数、视觉控制力商数评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组的各项ADHD评定量表评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组的对立违抗、多动/冲动、注意力不集中评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论SI结合心理护理能够改善ADHD患儿持续注意力水平与认知功能,缓解多动症状. Objective To explore the application effect of sensory integration training(SI)combined with psychological nursing in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods 94 children with ADHD treated in this hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and a experimental group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received SI combined with psychological nursing,both groups continued treatment for 3 months.Cognitive function,sustained attention and hyperactivity symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of cmbined Raven test(CRT)and Achenbach child behavior checklist(CBCL)between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the CRT score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the CBCL score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of various full scale attention quotient between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of attention quotient,auditory attention quotient,visual attention quotient,auditory control quotient and visual control quotient in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores ofvarious ADHD rating scale between the groups;after the intervention,the scores of oppositional disobedience,hyperactivity/impulse and inattention in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SI combined with psychological nursing can improve the sustained attention level and cognitive function of ADHD children and relieve hyperactivity symptoms.
