中药穴位贴敷疗法辅助治疗气滞血瘀型肩周炎的临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Sticking Therapy in Adjuvant Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

目的探讨中药穴位贴敷疗法辅助治疗气滞血瘀型肩周炎的临床疗效.方法选择2020年7月-2021年6月该院针灸科收治的150例气滞血瘀型肩周炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各75例.对照组患者采用推拿疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药穴位贴敷疗法辅助治疗.治疗3周后,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价两组患者的肩部疼痛程度,采用Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分量表(CMS)评价两组患者的肩关节功能,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果治疗3周后,观察组VAS评分为(1.72±0.86)分,明显低于对照组的(2.63±1.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CMS评分为(84.69±3.37)分,明显高于对照组的(78.24±3.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率97.33%明显高于对照组的85.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中药穴位贴敷疗法辅助治疗气滞血瘀型肩周炎患者,可有效缓解患者的肩部疼痛程度,改善肩关节功能,进一步提高临床疗效.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy in the adjuvant treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 150 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type who were admitted to the acupuncture and moxibustion department of this hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with massage therapy,and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy on the basis of the control group.After 3 weeks of treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the degree of shoulder pain in the two groups,the Constant-Murley score(CMS)was used to evaluate the shoulder joint function of the two groups of patients,The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was(1.72+0.86)points,which was significantly lower than(2.63±1.05)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the CMS score of the observation group was(84.69±3.37)points,which was significantly higher than(78.24±3.62)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,85.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy can effectively relieve shoulder pain,improve shoulder joint function,and further improve clinical efficacy in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.
