穴位贴敷结合中医情志护理在肺胀患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with TCM Emotional Nursing on Patients with Lung Distention

目的探讨穴位贴敷联合中医情志护理在肺胀患者中的应用效果.方法选择该院2020年7月-2021年6月收治的肺胀患者150例,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组75例.对照组采用常规治疗与护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用穴位贴敷联合中医情志护理.对比两组的护理效果及护理满意度,干预前后的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)占用力肺活量百分比(FEV_(1)/FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEF)及焦虑/抑郁自评量表(SAS/SDS).结果试验组的护理总有效率、护理满意度分别为93.33%、96.00%,均高于对照组的81.33%、80.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组各项肺功能指标水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预后,试验组的FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、PEF水平分别为(1.54±0.27)L、(68.51±11.03)%、(351.94±24.27)L/min,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组的SAS、SDS评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组的SAS、SDS评分分别为(40.16±5.47)分、(39.75±5.03)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用穴位贴敷联合中医情志护理可提高对肺胀患者的护理效果,能够改善其肺功能,减轻不良情绪,且可提高患者的护理满意度.

Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint application combined with TCM emotional nursing in patients with lung distention.Methods A total of 150 patients with lung distention admitted to the hospital fro m July 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing,while the experimental group received acupoint application combined with TCM emotional nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the forced expiratory volume in one-second(FEV_(1)),FEV_(1)/forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)and self-rating anxiety/depression scale scale(SAS/SDS)before and after intervention.Results The total nursing effectiveness and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were 93.33%and 96.00%,respectively,which were higher than 81.33%and 80.00%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the levels of various pulmonary function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),after the intervention,the levels of FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC,and PEF in the experimental group were(1.54±0.27)L,(68.51±11.03)%,and(351.94±24.27)L/min,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and there were statistical differences between the groups.Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),after intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were(40.16±5.47)points and(39.75±5.03)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of acupoint application combined with TCM emotional nursing can improve the nursing effect of patients with lung distention,improve their lung function,reduce negative emotions,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
