温针灸联合中药热敷及功能锻炼对骨质疏松症所致慢性腰背痛患者疼痛程度的影响

Effect of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Herbal Hot Compress and Functional Exercise on Pain Degree of Patients with Low Back Pain Caused by Osteoporosis

目的探讨温针灸联合中药热敷及功能锻炼在骨质疏松症所致慢性腰背痛患者中的应用效果.方法选择2018年1月-2020年9月该院收治的骨质疏松症所致慢性腰背痛患者103例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组52例、对照组51例.对照组进行功能锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上采用温针灸联合中药热敷,两组均持续干预4周.对比两组患者治疗前后的疼痛程度、骨密度及生活质量.结果观察组干预后的疼痛视觉模拟评分为(1.77±0.25)分,低于对照组的(2.38±0.34)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组干预后骨密度水平、健康调查简表评分分别为(72.76±8.05)mg/cm^(2)、(84.82±6.75)分,高于对照组的(65.69±7.43)mg/cm^(2)、(73.78±6.98)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论温针灸联合中药热敷及功能锻炼在骨质疏松症所致慢性腰背痛患者中的应用效果良好,可减轻患者疼痛,提高骨密度与生活质量,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To investigate the effect of warm acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal hot compress and functional exercise in patients with chronic low back pain caused by osteoporosis.Methods A total of 103 patients with chronic low back pain caused by osteoporosis admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=51)according to random number table method.The control group received functional exercise,and the observation group received warm acupuncturecombined with hot compress on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for 4 weeks in both groups.The pain degree,bone mineral density and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The visual simulation score of pain in the observation group was(1.77±0.25)points,lower than(2.38±0.34)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone mineral density and the MOS item short from health survey score of the observation group were(72.76±8.05)mg/cm^(2) and(84.82±6.75)points,respectively,higher than(65.69±7.43)mg/cm^(2) and(73.78±6.98)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal hot compress and functional exercise has a good effect on patients with chronic low back pain caused by osteoporosis.It can relieve pain,improve bone mineral density and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
